Sorry of this has been asked before. Could you allow .c files to be attached to posts? We have to save another copy as a text file and upload it otherwise.

Ok, done.

But in general the code isn't too big to post in the message itself, and if it is then there are often multiple files (headerfiles, Makefiles, other c files, etc.), in which case it should be tarballed anyway.

Thanks. I see what you're saying, but sometimes when code is being posted several times, it clogs up the thread.

True, I was mainly trying to make clear that people shouldn't see this as a substitute for posting code in the message itself.
